Recover Data From An Acer Laptop

I am having a problem with my laptop where it insists on doing a system restore every time I start it up. The laptop has been doing this for a month now, at least, and I really need to fix it. I am using an Acer Aspire 5732Z laptop, which is running Windows 7. When I try and start up the computer, it won’t boot up, and instead goes onto the black screen with cursor. I have to turn it off, and put it back on. I can usually get into ‘start Windows normally’, but most often this does not succeed. Instead, I have to press ‘Startup Repair’, which means that the system will restore back to a point in time. This works fine, but it is taking a long time on start up each morning, and this morning the laptop would not start up. I need the data recovered from the laptop disk.

I was using a quite old Acer Aspire, built in about 2004. It came installed with Windows Vista, and I have not changed that OS until now. One day the laptop would not switch on. The hard drive seemed fine, it seemed to be something in the motherboard. I now have a much newer Acer laptop, from 2012, and I need all the data transferred from old laptop to new laptop. I took old laptop to a Computer Repair Shop and they could not transfer the data due to a fault with the hard disk and recommended yourselves to extract the user data.
