Recover The Data From Your HP Desktop PC

HP SLIMLLINE 3100:

I have an HP Pavilion Slimline 3100. This computer is used by me to work from home, and so I have a lot of important information on the system. This data is often related to clients, and their files and information have to be protected by law. The problem at the moment is that the Slimline will not download anything from the hard drive onto a USB port. I touch the copy button, or I move the folders over in My Computer, and it looks as though they are being passed across, but when I look on my USB drive, I have not got the files there. I can open the files, and work on them as usual, but I can’t extract them, and I can’t download them onto email either. It is as though the drive were somehow ‘locked’ so the files could not be shipped over. I have to be able to download this data, so that it can be forwarded to clients or shown to other interested parties, and at the moment I am only able to fulfil half of my job.

HP PAVILION SLIMLINE 3100:

I am having trouble with an HP Pavilion Slimline 3100. What is happening is that the computer will not connect to my server through the wireless router. The server is the location of all my stored data from the computer, and includes files and folders which are the property of my company. At the moment, I don’t have to use those folders, but I will have to in the near future, and I can’t get the computer to recognise the server, nor view the contents of the array. This data is very important to me, and I need to be able to recover it quickly and put it onto the computer where it is about to be used. I have tried to refresh the wireless connection, and even set up the internet for a second time so that it would be able to see the server, but this has not worked. I absolutely really have to have that data.
