- Speed counts, and so does being spoken to plainly — television scripts came back off a crashed iMac inside a day, a Sandwell customer who calls herself IT illiterate was looked after all the same, and another review picks out the attention to detail.
- Company data carries its own weight — a RAID-5 holding a solicitor's only copy of papers for cases still before the courts, two years of a small design studio's output, a project one firm reckoned it could not trade without. If work has stopped, say so when you ring and you will get a straight view of the timescale.
