Is Halesowen covered, and Stourbridge?
Both, along with Kingswinford, Wordsley, Sedgley, Brierley Hill and Lye. The borough runs to 323,500 people and the post towns do not line up neatly — Halesowen and Cradley Heath sit in B62, B63 and B64 rather than DY, and DY4 Tipton belongs to Sandwell. None of that matters to a courier.
